Lesson five of deconstruction and healing is all about relational meaning-making. Fundamentally, we are social creatures because that’s exactly how evolution made us as biological animals bound within a naturalistic reality. Rather than being a limitation, this is exactly how we touch upon the infinite. There is simply no end to what can be created when two or more people are gathered together.
This lesson has a couple of worksheets that help you to direct attention towards practical actions of expanding how you see the world and how you connect with others. All of the philosophy will only get you so far. You have to go out and live your life.
