Welcome to the end of the year everyone. Thank you to everyone who has joined me on this, my inaugural year writing on Substack. I’ve gone from a dozen in the first couple weeks to more than 300 by the end of the year, and I’m looking forward to all the conversations to be had going forward.
My plan is to always have Humanity’s Values be free to anyone, though I’d be lying if I said that paid subscriptions weren’t helpful, because they very much are. Each article and conversation is time and, as I tell all my clients/patients, everything we do is an opportunity cost. I could be doing something else, but frankly I love exploring ideas and helping distill what I’ve learned over 20 years of professional psychology work.
The future is looking great and I have plans to expand in 2025, with more online classes coming and more critical research into what pop psychology falsely declares.
